where are LAYESION products made ?

All of our products are hand-crafted with care in a small atelier in the heart of the Jura forest in Switzerland.

how does the on-demand system work ?

As we work with noble materials, the on-demand system allows us to define exactly how many units to produce, and enables us to avoid unnecessary waste. We accept your orders and go into production every 4 months - this is the amount of time needed to create the designs from start to finish. (The time needed for bespoke orders may vary).

 

if an item is out of stock, when can i buy it ?

LAYESION designs are all one-of-a-kind and all colours are limited edition. If you have missed out on a colour that you absolutely loved and cannot live without, contact us here for a custom request and we will see what we can do for you.

how can i track my ordeR?

All orders placed with LAYESION are shipped with DHL Express. Once we have received your order and payment, we will schedule your delivery with DHL and send you a tracking number via email. For more information regarding shipping, click here.

how long will it take to receive my purchase?

PRE-ORDERS & BESPOKE : As every single piece is hand-crafted, LAYESION designs take up to 4 months to complete. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email and will be kept updated for each accomplished milestone throughout the process. When your item is ready to ship and with our courier, you should receive your purchase between 3-5 business days.

“IN STOCK” ITEMS : Once your order has been confirmed and the item is ready to ship and with our courier, you should receive your purchase between 3-5 business days.
