RETURN policy

We accept returns on full price orders within 10 days from the original shipping date. If the 10 day period is not respected, we can not offer you an exchange or a refund.
To be eligible for return, the item must be unused, in the condition in which you received it and in it’s original packaging. We also require proof of purchase.

REFUNDS / exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you whether your item is eligible for a refund. If your item is approved, your refund will be processed and credited automatically to the credit card with which you made the purchase. Please note that this process may take up to 10 days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at orders@layesion.com.
